[The G. W. Burt property- re: 1876 Callaway Plat Map, Township 48N, Range 7W- was located in Sections 18 and 07-with 80 acres in the North east corner of Section 18 and 40 acres in the southeast corner of Section 7, plus a small section in the southwest corner of Section 7 with a residence. No cemetery shows on this plat map. the 1897 County Atlas shows more acreage for Muron Burt in both sections, plus the residence location and still no cemetery symbol. The 1980 Plat map also does not show a cemetery. a residence still shows in the same location. Because of the early dates- 1843 and 1845, I suspect this cemetery would be located close to the home, which appears to be in the southwest corner of Section 7, on a small acreage on both early maps, separate from the acreage described above.
