| Now at this day comes Joseph B
Strickland and being duly sworn on his oath deposes ans
says that his father, Geo. W. Strickland has recently
departed this life domociled in Callaway County,
intestate and a widower leaving the followoing children
and grandchildren as his next of kin and only legal
representatives, to - wit W. A. Strickland a son residing in Morgan COunty Albert, George and _______ Strickland being the only child ten of Seth Strickland deceased, who was a son of said Geo. W. Strickland, deceased Sarah Coutant a daughter residing in St. Louis, Missouri John T Strickland a son residing in Callaway County, Mo. G W Strickland a son residing in Callaway County Mo. M. A. Bryant, Isabel Humphreys, Jas. R Rogers, John Rogers, Eva Pickering, Nannie Chaney, Ame [sic] Rogers, Joe Rogers, William Rogers, Kate Kemp and _______, Being the only children of and heirs of Alice Rogers Dec'd, who was a daughter of the said G. W. Strickland, Dec. Jas. B. Strickland a son residing in Callaway County A L Strickland a son residing in Callaway County Joseph B Strickland a son residing in Callaway County ________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________ He says he will make a true and correct inventory of the estate of said deceased, pay the debts a far as the assests will extend and the law direct and accuont and pay over all assessts that may come into his hands as such administrator and render just and faithful accounts of his administration of said estate as the law directs.
